· Start on backs(knees bent or straight) – breathing
· Bend knees - Rock knees side to side with twisting
· Roll into table top – cat/cow
· Down Dog
· Sun Sals A x3 (basic; no lunges)
· Sun Sals B x3 (with twist)
· Parivrtta Parsvakonasana (modify on knee if need be)
o (war lunge twist) hold 5 breaths
· Warrior 2, reverse warrior, triangle, down dog
· Repeat other side
· Balasana
· Dolphin pushups
· Crow
· Savasana
