35 minute power Staff Yoga

Here's a staff class I recently taught.. we are building up to headstand.. enjoy
Staff Yoga/35 minutes
·        Sun Salutations with lunges 3-5x

·        3 leg Down Dog into Wild Thing
·        Table Top Cat/Cow
·        ½ moon on knees into bind
·        Repeat other side

·        Balasana
·        Uttanasana Roll up
·        Warrior 3 – Standing Split – Natarajasana
·        Repeat other side

·        Take a vinyasa if you want/balasana
·        Headstand
·        Savasana
