New mantra

Came across this the other day preparing to teach my fellow teachers, and that same night in our music class it was one of our chants!! how cool! So my new mantra I'd like to share with you and all -

OM Lokah Samasta Sukhino Bhavantu

so pretty..basically it means "may all be happy"! :)

ahhh sometimes I need a good mantra to go by.
Like "breathe".

Or the one today I was using is "I can only get done what I can get done" - and deep breath.
